Youth Leap (Youth Leadership and Empowerment through Active Participation) is an Erasmus+ project aimed at increasing youth participation in democratic processes and civic engagement. Through our innovative EU Youth Participation Model, we empower young individuals to take an active role in shaping policies and decision-making at both local and international levels.
